Wholesale SMS lives or dies on route quality. We run handset tests across the routes we sell, watch per-destination DLR rates and latency, and pull a route the moment it degrades — then tell you.

- Fake-DLR detection routes that “deliver” to dead numbers are removed from the rate sheet.

Clear terms, no surprises
How is wholesale pricing structured?
Per-message rates by destination (and by operator where it matters), with separate columns for OTP/transactional and marketing traffic. Volume tiers reduce the rate as monthly volume grows. Rate changes are notified in advance by email from bijoy.varghese@msguno.com.
What are the payment terms?
New partners start prepaid (bank transfer in USD, EUR or INR). Postpaid with a weekly or bi-weekly settlement cycle is available after an agreed trading history. Bilateral partners settle net monthly.
Do you preserve sender ID?
On direct and premium tiers, yes, subject to local registration rules. On wholesale tiers the sender ID may be replaced in some markets; this is marked on the rate sheet.
Can I test before committing?
Yes. Test credentials and a small test balance are provided so you can send to your own handsets in the destinations you care about.
