Most aggregators bind over SMPP v3.4. Brands and developers prefer a simple HTTPS call. We support both, with the same routing engine, the same DLRs and the same account behind them.

Common questions
Do you sell to resellers and aggregators or only to brands?
Both. Wholesale is our core business: aggregators, hubs and operators bind over SMPP and buy routes by volume. Brands and agencies use our portal or API for campaigns and OTP.
Can you also buy routes from us?
Yes. If you have direct or premium routes into specific markets, email bijoy.varghese@msguno.com with your rate sheet and route description. We test every route on handsets before adding it.
What are your minimum volumes?
There is no minimum to start. Wholesale tiers begin at a few hundred thousand messages per month; smaller senders pay our retail rates on a prepaid balance.
How are OTP messages prioritised?
OTP and transactional traffic runs on a separate priority queue and separate routes from marketing traffic, so a large campaign never delays a login code.
Which payment terms do you offer?
Prepaid via bank transfer (USD/EUR/INR), and postpaid or net-settlement for established partners after a short trading history. Statements and invoices come from info@msguno.com.
Do you provide delivery reports?
Yes — handset DLRs wherever the operator provides them, with intermediate and final states over SMPP or via webhook on the HTTP API.
