Do I need to register a sender ID?
In many markets, yes — including India (DLT), UAE, Saudi Arabia and much of Asia and Africa. We handle the registration with you; see Sender ID & DLT.
Can I send marketing to the USA?
Yes, through registered 10DLC, toll-free or short-code senders with TCPA-compliant consent and opt-out. Unregistered international marketing into the US is blocked by carriers; we will not route it.
How do I pay?
Prepaid balance by bank transfer; the portal shows live balance and spend. Invoices and statements come from info@msguno.com.
Do you accept all content?
No. Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits unsolicited messaging, phishing, gambling into prohibited markets, adult content and anything illegal in the destination. Consent-based marketing is welcome.
