OTP delivery in seconds, on routes that never queue behind marketing
One-time passwords, 2FA codes and transactional alerts run on a dedicated priority lane with direct and premium routes, latency monitoring and automatic failover.
Priority lane
OTP traffic is tagged at submission and routed through a separate queue and separate routes from promotional traffic.
- Type-based routing (otp / txn / mkt)
- Dedicated throughput per bind
- Latency alarms per destination
Failover & conversion
If a route degrades, traffic shifts automatically to the backup. Conversion reporting shows which routes actually get codes read.
- Automatic route failover
- Conversion callback (optional)
- Handset DLRs where available
Fraud protection
SMS pumping and artificially inflated traffic drain OTP budgets. We offer destination allow-lists, velocity limits and anomaly alerts.
- Per-destination rate limits
- Velocity & pattern alerts
- Block-lists for known pumping ranges
Send an OTP with one API call
Mark the message type as otp and we route it on the priority lane. Use the DLR webhook to measure latency, or hand us the verification result for conversion reporting.
- Low latency — typical handset delivery under five seconds on direct routes.
- Unicode & templates — GSM-7 and UCS-2, DLT-registered templates for India.
- SMPP too — set the priority flag or a dedicated OTP bind; we route the same way.

OTP questions
What latency can I expect?
On direct routes, handset delivery is typically under five seconds. Latency varies by operator and country; your portal shows measured latency per destination so you can hold us to it.
Do you mix OTP with marketing traffic?
No. OTP and transactional messages use separate queues and routes. This is the single biggest factor in reliable OTP delivery.
How do you handle SMS pumping?
Allow-lists of destinations, per-destination velocity limits and anomaly alerts are available on every OTP account. We also block known artificially-inflated-traffic ranges on request.
Can I get an SLA?
Yes, for committed-volume OTP accounts we offer a delivery-rate and latency SLA per destination. See our Service Level Agreement.
